Ricardo Beverly Hills offers a warranty that our products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note that our warranty is not unconditional. Although we use high quality materials, our luggage is not indestructible.

Like any other warranty, ours does not cover damage resulting from abuse or airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline.

In the unlikely event that a defect in materials or workmanship occurs, please provide following information:
· PO# (found on the tag that is sewn to an inside seam, usually under the netting)
· Style# (found on same tag as above)
· Color
· Nature of defect
