Pathfinder Warranty
Pathfinder luggage limited warranty
Terms of Warranty:
Each of our Pathfinder products is warranted by Paragon Luggage, Inc. ("Paragon") against defects in workmanship and materials as long
as the product is owned by the original purchaser (this warranty is non-transferable). If such a defect should arise, we will repair
your Pathfinder Luggage and return it to you free of charge. Simply return your luggage, freight prepaid, to Pathfinder Luggage.
Exclusions:
All consequential or incidental damages are disclaimed. Paragon is not responsible for damage to contents, loss of use, loss of time or
other consequential or incidental damages. Paragon is not responsible for normal wear and tear and/or damage caused by airlines, other
carriers or misuse. Only defects in material and workmanship are covered by the Paragon warranty. All other conditions are excluded.
To Obtain Warranty Repair:
For repair under warranty simply send the item, freight prepaid, along with a brief note of explanation to:
PATHFINDER LUGGAGE
Attn: Repair Department
17221 Von Karman Ave.
Irvine, CA 92614-9953
USA
Be sure to include your correct return address and a daytime phone number and FAX number (if available). Some states do not allow
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Damage due to accident, carrier handling, misuse and normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
Paragon will make non-warranty repairs for a reasonable charge after your approval of a cost estimate. For a cost estimate, send your
item to Paragon, freight prepaid. Paragon will use original parts and materials (if available) to repair it for a reasonable charge.
Your satisfaction is of concern to us. In spite of our exacting, painstaking construction and use of the finest components, your
Pathfinder product is not indestructible and does not last forever (and some materials naturally degrade over time). Over time and use,
it will require refurbishment or wear out. Reasonable care and common sense must be used to avoid damage and to extend the useful life
of your luggage.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any common carrier (airplane, train, ship or bus) is solely responsible for all damages to your luggage or property
while in their possession. It is their obligation to provide for your repair, replacement or reimbursement. Be sure to examine your
luggage carefully after every trip. If your luggage or property has been damaged, act immediately to file a claim with the carrier
before leaving the terminal or you may forfeit your rights.
