Guaranteed
Our guarantee is as functional and straightforward as our products. All Kipling products are made from the finest materials available
under our exacting manufacturing standards, but in the unlikely event that within 2 years* from the original purchase, you discover a
problem caused by defects in either workmanship or materials, we'll be happy to see that it is fixed (or replaced if we decide that
would be best). There is a $10 shipping & handling charge for each item submitted for repair. Retaining the following items will be
helpful should repair become necessary: Product tags and proof of purchase.
We do not cover normal wear and tear, airline mishandling or misuse or abuse of the product. Therefore, our guarantee does not cover
product damage that may result from abuse or mishandling of the product. (If an airline or other carrier damages your luggage, you
should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier.)
We also do not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of the bag.
