Heys Warranty
At Heys USA we strive to create a standard of excellence and have therefore implemented an extension of our
warranty to include worldwide repair coverage for 7 years. As of July 4th, 2008, Heys products include Our
Worldwide 7 Year 'Better Life' Warranty. This is a limited warranty that conforms to the stipulations detailed
below.
It is our objective that our products are free of defects in materials and workmanship; however in the unlikely
event a defect should become apparent during the warranty period, Heys will repair your luggage at our expense.
Our warranty is in place to resolve claims resulting from manufacturer defect and does not cover damage including
but not limited to: abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, and damage which occurs while the product is in
the care or custody of a third party including airlines, hotels and other carriers. This warranty is limited to the
value of the product itself. Warranty periods vary from product to product. Please feel free to contact us with any
questions you may have about your luggage. It is the consumer's responsibility to transport the bag to the
authorized repair location, and to provide the original receipt along with the warranty card. While we make every
attempt to use repair locations that are conveniently located, occasionally you will be required to send your bag
postage pre-paid to the closest authorized repair location.
