Atlantic Warranty
What is covered by this product warranty?
Any manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during warranty period.
If the case is under warranty, the repair or replacement of that product will be covered by Atlantic. If the product is no longer manufactured,
we reserve the right to substitute comparable product.
Like most consumer product policies, transportation costs to the repair center are the consumer's responsibility.
What is not covered by product warranty?
Any commercial carrier damage or mishandling. If such a problem occurs, immediately file a claim directly with the carrier.
It should be understood that components such a handles, wheels, Quad Wheel® system, and zipper pulls are exposed to natural wear and tear and
subject to abuse. Natural wear and tear, dissatisfaction of product, or changes regarding airline specifications or regulations are not covered
by this warranty.
Any damage due to unintended use of luggage.
