Product Rating
Every product on our site has a rating (between 1-5) - the higher the rating, the higher the quality of the product as perceived by our customers. The rating displayed next to a product is the average of all ratings for that particular product.

To rate a product, you'll also need to write a product review. Read below for the submission guidelines.

Product Review Guidelines
Luggagepros.com reads all reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review.

Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be denied:

- Offensive or abusive language.
- Prices and availability can change very quickly on website, so please leave such information out of your review.
- Hyperlinks / URLs.
- References to other stores / resellers.
- Comments on products that were either physically damaged or misused.
- Replies to existing customer reviews; please do not attempt to initiate discussions here.
- Comparisons to competing brands / products of competing brands.
- Criticism of Luggagepros.com's service or the service of our operations partners. (FedEx, UPS, etc.)

Important Disclosures
Luggagepros.com is not obligated, but reserves the right to reject or remove objectionable content at its sole discretion. If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit out any content, although we will strike out any references to the following:

- Website addresses
- Phone numbers
- Personal or business addresses
- Email addresses

If you do submit ratings and/or reviews, you grant Luggagepros.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, right to use, reproduce and modify, as we deem necessary, such content on the Luggagepros.com website and in other marketing materials.
