If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it FREE OF CHARGE! Just call us within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment, and we will send you a prepaid FedEx label for your product(s).
Product must be in new, unused condition. Your card will be credited the original price of the product once Luggage Pros has received and processed your return (original shipping fees will not be refunded). Items returned to Luggage Pros that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged a $6.95 return shipping fee.
Credits will be issued within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.

We will issue you a pre-paid FedEx label for the item(s) you wish to return and simply deduct a flat fee of $6.95 from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something that better suits your needs, we can take care of this for you without deducting any return shipping fees from your refund. To qualify for our Free Exchange Policy, the item to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition; the original order must have been shipped within the 48 contiguous states; and the new order must be at least 50% of the purchase price of the original order. Any outbound shipping fees that would apply under our standard shipping policy would be applicable to the new order.
