Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it FREE OF CHARGE! Just call us within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment, and we will send you a prepaid UPS label for your product(s).
Product must be in new, unused condition. Your card will be credited the original price of the product once Luggage Pros has received and processed your return (original shipping fees will not be refunded).
Credits will be issued within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.
All International and APO/FPO sales are final. Luggage Pros does not accept International or APO/FPO returns.
* Returns over $500 will not be valid without return labels mailed to you from Luggage Pros.
* The free return offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States, bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer, or any personalized merchandise.
* All products must be returned in box or envelope.
* Lump sum promotional discounts ($20 off your order) will be distributed across all applicable products. Credit amounts for returns / exchanges will be based on this discounted price.
Easy Returns Policy
At Luggage Pros, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on new and unused merchandise. Luggage Pros is confident that you will love your new items, but in the event that they do not meet your needs or you have changed your mind, simply contact one of our Customer Account Specialists at 1-800-595-5456 or service@luggagepros.com within 30 days of purchase to take advantage of our Easy Return Policy. We will issue you a pre-paid UPS label for the item(s) you wish to return and simply deduct a flat fee of $6.95 from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs. Please note that any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
* All products must be returned in a box or envelope.
* Luggage Pros reserves the right to refuse any used or damaged items for return. A fee of $6.95 will be charged for the item to be shipped back to the customer.
* Credits for returned items will be applied to the card on file and issued within 3 to 4 days from when we receive your returned item(s). Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes to issue credits, so please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

* All International and APO/FPO sales are final. Luggage Pros does not accept returns from International or APO/FPO locations.
* We are unable to extend our Easy Return policy to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico; bulk orders where a re-stocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer; or any personalized merchandise. Please contact our Customer Accounts team for additional details.
* Undeliverable packages (i.e. cancels, refusals, reroutes) that are returned to Luggage Pros or its suppliers are subject to the $6.95 return fee. Any original shipping fees still apply.
Free Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for something that better suits your needs, we can take care of this for you without deducting any return shipping fees from your refund. To qualify for our Free Exchange Policy, the item to be exchanged must be in new, unused condition; the original order must have been shipped within the 48 contiguous states; and the new order must be at least 50% of the purchase price of the original order. Any outbound shipping fees that would apply under our standard shipping policy would be applicable to the new order.
