Returns Policy


EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY (valid on any product purchased on or after 11/13/09): If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us by January 15, 2010, and we will send you a prepaid UPS label for your products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it FREE OF CHARGE! Just call us within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment, and we will send you a prepaid UPS label for your product(s).

Product must be in new, unused condition. Your card will be credited the original price of the product once Luggage Pros has received and processed your return (original shipping fees will not be refunded).

Credits will be issued within 3 to 4 business days from when we receive your returned product(s). Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.


All international sales are final. Luggage Pros does not accept international returns.

* Returns over $500 will not be valid without return labels mailed to you from Luggage Pros.

* The free return offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous United States, bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer, or any personalized merchandise.

* All products must be returned in box or envelope.

* Lump sum promotional discounts ($20 off your order) will be distributed across all applicable products. Credit amounts for returns / exchanges will be based on this discounted price.
