Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it FOR FREE! Just call us within 30 days from the receipt of the
shipment, and we will send you a prepaid UPS label for your product(s).
Product must be in new, unused condition. Your card will be credited the original price of the product once Luggage Pros has received and
processed your return (original shipping fees will not be refunded).
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If your original purchase was made by check or money order,
your refund will be mailed to your original mailing address, unless otherwise requested.
All international sales are final! Luggage Pros does not accept international returns.
* Returns over $500 will not be valid without return labels mailed to you from Luggage Pros.
* The free return offer is not available on items being returned from outside the contiguous
United States, bulk orders where a restocking fee may be applied by the manufacturer, or any personalized merchandise.

Holiday Return Policy:
For orders received between November 1st and December 31st, Luggage Pros will extend its 30-day return policy to run
through until January 31st of the following year. This gives our customers anywhere from 30 to 90 days to return their
purchases and gifts bought during this time period. The return policies listed above still apply to orders purchased
during this time.
