Luggage Pros continues phenomenal growth pattern
2006 proved to be the most successful year to date for Luggage Pros. One of the many factors that contributed to a
successful year for Luggage Pros, was the newly designed website and shopping cart. "Both our technical and design
staff did a fantastic job of putting together a great new website. The feedback we've received from our customers has
been phenomenal," states Dane Lundahl, Operations Manager.
Another major contributor to the growth Luggage Pros experienced over the past year was a move to a bigger office
facility and warehouse. This expansion enabled the company to double the number of employees, and add a number of new
lines of luggage, business cases, and travel accessories.
The additional warehouse space is a key factor that gives Luggage Pros increased control of both inventory and shipping
times. Customer Service Manager, Rachelle West-Paige says, "The ability to stock so many products in our warehouse,
allows us to better manage the entire order process from start to finish. Managing this process, and keeping our
customers informed of every step along the way is crucial to our company's success."
The growth Luggage Pros has shown over the past 5 years is a direct result of the company's efforts to focus on the
consumer. Future plans for the company all seem centered around creating a positive experience for the visitor.
