LUGGAGE PROS EXPANDS WAREHOUSE AND OFFICE SPACE
Luggage Pros, a leading online luggage retailer, has doubled the size of their warehouse and moved into a new state of the art
office facility.
The move had been in the plans for over a year, and was a much needed one according to owner Rob Wiens. "We'd always planned on
making the move, however it came upon us quicker than expected. It seems as though there's always a need for additional space in
the warehouse, and in the office. Thankfully, we satisfied both of those needs in one move," said Wiens.
The new office facility provides the Luggage Pros customer service team all the necessary tools to provide their award winning
customer service, while enjoying a comfortable day at the office. Luggage Pros customer service manager Jim Christy states, "The
new location includes more customer service spaces, and most importantly, provides additional room to expand further while
maintaining this new open and friendly atmosphere."
Both the warehouse and office space expansion were made as a result of increased business Luggage Pros has experienced over the
past few years. However, both jobs were completed with the overall feeling of continued growth for the company.
Operations manager Dane Lundahl states, "Expanding our warehouse allows us to have more control over our entire distribution
cycle. Vendors are continually getting better at drop shipping directly to customers. However, you can never underestimate the
importance of having complete control over shipments. The added space allows for more inventory, and peace of mind knowing that
we are providing our customers the best service, products and shipping times in the industry."
