  • Do you have a physical location?
    Luggage Pros is a division of one of the largest luggage specialty stores in the Midwest. We've been in business for more than 28 years, and are family-owned and operated.
  • Do I pay sales tax?
    You only pay sales tax on orders being shipped to Minnesota.
  • How do I get free shipping?
    All orders over $100 are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
  • What if I need it now?
    Other shipping options are available. Choose UPS 3-Day Select when placing your order, or call 1-800-595-5456 for overnight rates.
  • How do I ship a gift?
    To protect our customers from unauthorized purchases, we prefer to ship to your billing address. If you need your order shipped elsewhere, please call Luggage Pros at 1-800-595-5456 for further assistance.
  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

  • Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

  • Do you ship overseas?

  • What if it's not in stock?
    We will contact you via email should your order be out of stock or on a backorder status at the manufacturer.
  • Will I be charged if it's on backorder?
    At Luggage Pros, you will not be charged until your item ships.
  • What if I don't like it?
    We have a 30-day return policy, should you wish to return your order. See our Return Policy or Satisfaction Guarantee for further details.
  • How can I get it repaired?
    Most items are covered under a manufacturer warranty, anywhere from 1 year to lifetime. Warranties generally cover manufacturer defects and workmanship flaws, although some differ.
  • What if I can't find it?

  • What if I've found it for less?
    Luggage Pros will beat any advertised price at an authorized Internet retailer. See our Low Price Guarantee for further details.
  • What is an authorized Internet retailer?
    This is a retailer that is authorized by the manufacturer to sell that company's goods online. This does not include private individuals, auctions, or used good dealers.
  • Can I get a catalog?
    At this time, we do not have a print catalog of all products carried online. Detailed descriptions, images, and product specifications are available at www.LuggagePros.com for all items currently available online.
  • Can I join your mailing list?

  • Do I need to put my credit card online?
