Hi- I did receive the suitcase on the day that it was supposed to arrive. I then packed it and headed to Alaska for 12 days. The suitcase worked perfectly and I was able to stuff many souvenirs in it, with plenty of room to spare.
Right at this point, I see no need for any more luggage. However, when I do, I will definitely be in touch with you again.

Thanks for your email. I have to say that my experience with your company (I'm a first-time customer) was an unexpected pleasure.
I entered my order on-line. I had a discrepancy in the billing address I gave for my credit card. Within minutes, I had a phone call from a very pleasant lady (unfortunately, I do not recall her name) from your customer service department. We straightened out the address on the phone; she confirmed while I was on the line that the charge would go through; and I received my bag in three days. I live in Canada, with a Canadian billing address, but used a US shipping address.
An altogether pleasant experience!.

I recently ordered two Travelpro Crew 6 suitcases from your company. Unfortunately one of them had a small tear in the fabric, so I called Luggage Pros over Labor Day weekend. I think it was Jim (?) who helped me out. He immediately apologized for the inconvenience, was courteous, and made everything right. The replacement came yesterday, and it looks great.
So few companies offer that kind of customer support - especially when returns are necessary. It was so nice having a hassle-free experience. I just wanted to send a quick thank you to let you know how pleased I am with your company. I would definitely purchase from your website again, and intend to recommend you to my family. We do a lot of flying from coast to coast, and seem to go through a lot of luggage.

Your service was unbelievably good! Thanks for your personal email. I would be happy to serve as a testimonial to your rapid, accurate service with exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. I even returned one piece for an exact duplicate, forgot to insert my name and the instructions inside the return box and within 2 days, I had the replacement I had requested. (Nothing wrong with the first piece except the luggage handle was a little tight and I asked for an even exchange.)
