I had terrific service with my most recent luggage purchase. I have been looking for luggage fir quite some time and decided to look online to find some. I was a little hesitant to buy it online since I could not see it but I really like it.
I was concerned after I placed my order that it was going to take several weeks to get my luggage. I emailed your customer group and worked with Jennifer Yost who was great. She answered my questions and followed up letting me know when my luggage had shipped. I was very impressed with personalized service and because of my first experience I will use Luggage Pros again when I need luggage. I will also reccomend it to other people.

Rob, thank you for your email. I cannot complain at all. I found the lowest price on the Internet, Saving maybe 50%. On top of that was free shipping. The luggage arrived in a few days with no problems. I'm on vacation and using it now. I will certainly be buying all my future luggage from luggage pro. Thanks!!
I ordered two pieces of luggage recently and had to return one of them twice. I'd like to share a few comments:
1) When I called and spoke to the customer service representative each time about the return, she/they (I'm not sure if I spoke to the same person each time) were VERY friendly, helpful, nice, and understanding. Honestly, I was astounded and went home and told my husband how impressed I was with the customer service.
2) The luggage return process was easy and the free return shipping is risk free. I was surprised that the replacement piece was to be shipped via 3-day delivery at the same time as the one was being retrieved. I did not have to wait for you to receive the damaged luggage before you sent a replacement piece. Wow!! How impressive.
3) Given the timing of the returns, I was not able to use the suitcase on my last trip, but I look forward to using my very smart looking luggage in the near future.
4) Thank you for providing an actual person to speak to customers. I was not placed on hold or transferred from person to person.
I will certainly be a return customer. Your business philosophy and practice have made a believer of me. Thank you and keep up the great work. Kudos to you and your team!
Hi- I did receive the suitcase on the day that it was supposed to arrive. I then packed it and headed to Alaska for 12 days. The suitcase worked perfectly and I was able to stuff many souvenirs in it, with plenty of room to spare.
Right at this point, I see no need for any more luggage. However, when I do, I will definitely be in touch with you again.

Thanks for your email. I have to say that my experience with your company (I'm a first-time customer) was an unexpected pleasure.
I entered my order on-line. I had a discrepancy in the billing address I gave for my credit card. Within minutes, I had a phone call from a very pleasant lady (unfortunately, I do not recall her name) from your customer service department. We straightened out the address on the phone; she confirmed while I was on the line that the charge would go through; and I received my bag in three days. I live in Canada, with a Canadian billing address, but used a US shipping address.
An altogether pleasant experience!.
