Pros:
The Piel bag is great, but the customer service is greater! I wanted to exchange the first bag because one of the handles kept slipping off my shoulder, and Rob and his team were ever so responsive. I got a new bag directly from Piel and love it!
The bag is very soft but sturdy, nice large compartments, and pretty functional. I'm taking it on a trip to Europe and I think that it will be up to the trip. I needed side pouches for travel guides and maps and for my ipad, and I think it will work.
I haven't had a nice bag for years (I used to buy Coach), so I'm really enjoying this one.

Cons: I wish the shoulder straps were a bit shorter, and the compartment where they have credit card holders is only secured with a snap, not a zipper. I'd never put credit cards in there (easily stolen), so it's a waste of leather and just adds weight.
Pros: This bag is the perfect size for me to carry books and supplies to meetings and it looks very professional.
Cons: I wish the leather had a bit more sheen to it.
