Pros: Huge, lightweight, quality. The perfect bag for me and any other traveler who wants a big, light bag. Not much of a frame, as it's a duffel. Durable enough to carry me through the forseeable future. Have had a patagonia coat for 10+ years that still looks close to new. Expecting the same thing with their luggage. Their return policy is a decent back up just in case anything happens. They accept anything back....no matter how long it's been. Will repair or replace based on the condition. A great "green" company with great products. Love supporting them.
