Every product sold by Luggage Pros is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Click here for information regarding specific manufacturer's warranties.

Repairs

Luggage Pros does not perform repairs. If you have merchandise that requires repair services, please contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will direct you to an authorized repair center in your area. If you need assistance contacting the manufacturer, please contact Luggage Pros. We will do all we can to help.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that you view as defective, please contact Luggage Pros prior to using the merchandise. We will examine the unused merchandise, and if a defect exists Luggage Pros will replace the merchandise for you free of charge. If the product has been used, repair or replacement will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Luggage damaged by the airlines

If your luggage was damaged by an airline, it is critical that you file a claim with the airline immediately. Most manufacturers' warranties do not cover damage caused by airline mishandling.
