Pros: Peace of mind that someone can't just reach into the bag was a plus. The size isn't big which meant I had to be more selective about what I carried around all day. Really helps save the back. I'm fine with changing up my one lipstick and gloss every couple days from what's in my suitcase or just do without items that weigh down the bag when you lug it around all day. Amazing how much lighter your bag gets when you don't carry around a wallet. The credit card sleeves worked well and with an inside pocket on each side, I had plenty of safe storage for ID and cash/coin. The bag is plenty big enough to carry my small digital camera, a lightweight cardigan/jacket when scrunched up or a foldable hat. I used on a trip to the UK and now that I'm home, find myself grabbing it for local events and will use it my next weekend trip, as well. Nice to be hands free and I especially like not taking the bag off when stopping for coffee, drink or quick bite.
Cons: A sleeve or pocket outside the bag would be helpful for brochures, flyers, map so I didn't have to unlatch my bag to get at these things or if they are a little longer, they wouldn't fit inside the bag with it zipped. Not a major deal and did keep the outside looking neat and polished.
