The Oleg Cassini Lightweight 21" Expandable Upright will only expand on the front portion of the bag where the zipper is. This bag will expand around 2". -

Pros:
I love my new Oleg Cassini luggage! It is a traditional design but with a feminine appearance. This case is the perfect size for my carry-on luggage!
Cons:
I would have liked a suiter to keep my dresses separate, but I just use a garment sleeve that I can fold inside this case.
