Pros: I love the bowler style to the bag and that you can carry it with the handles or use it with the wheels. It's very versatile and the black/grey color pattern looks very nice. It's the perfect size and color, and was very durable over my first 10-day international trip with it!
Cons: It's just about the maximum size for carry-on luggage, so if you need to fit it in the overhead compartments don't put anything in the side pockets (learned this the hard way). Also, the clasp to hold the straps together isn't quite big enough to actually hold the straps together...but that's not a big deal.
