 Dreadful on all countsReview Posted: 2008-04-30 20:56:26 Pros: "Large storage area" Cons: "One wheel buckled and stopped rotating the first time we used the case so we had to drag the case on a stationary wheel, then later during our trip the second wheel fell off and rolled away (luckily outside a garage that had an allen key to put the wheel back on). Corners of case at top (back) caved in during transit. (As far as I can tell it is impossible to pack differently to avoid this happening). Single handle extender pole meant no crossways support for the bag we added on top. When we pulled the case the bag just swivelled off the top onto the floor, even with the elasticated support strap attached. This was supposed to be the best, most durable suitcase we ever bought. I bought my first pieces last year no problems so far.Have no piggy-backed second piece as other reviewer so can't speak to her problem there. I have just ordered my second 24".
