Pros:
Perfect size to bring to client meetings or to conferences. Not too big where it is bulky, but big enough to fit a portfolio and other docs. If you remove the sleeve you could even fit a laptop. Holds all documents and my keys so there is no need to also have my purse. Straps at the top also help to adjust the width if needed.

Pros:
Looks very stylish, not very official. It can be used not only in official situations. Very comfortable - there are a lot of different pockets.
Cons:
In my opinion it could be lighter - it's a bit too heavy.
