Cons: I am 5'10" without heels and had to bend backwards or sideways to pull the bag. The handle is WAY to short, and not very sturdy. Had to return it.Can't risk getting ergonomic issues with a bag that is supposed to make it easier on me.

Pros: Love this product! Looks as good in real life as pictured. Roomy. Fits 15" laptop with no issues looks like plenty of room for 17" if needed. Classy item! Ordered 12/26 arrived 12/27! Awesome product and super service!

Pros: I absolutely love this bag! It is beautiful and so functional. Everyone in my office, the males included, seem to be almost as excited as I am over it! I decided to go with the red bag and I couldn't be happier. It holds my 13" Mac, a few case folders, a three ring notebook, my wallet, and some other miscellaneous items without any trouble. So many people have complimented me on it. It was well worth the money spent!

Cons: The bag seems like it might be a little large to carry around off of the rollers. It's not that it's heavy, it just looks a little bigger than I would like. However, since I really need all the extra room this bag gives me I can't complain! I just need to keep it on the rollers and take better care of my back.
