Pros: the personalized name plate just makes this a very personal type item. We travel quite a bit and am excited to start marking our past travels. The map looks great and will go well in our "Africa" room.

Pros: The map is just what is pictured. Engraving nicely done, the frame was nice looking as well. It was packaged securely so that it does not move around inside box and wrapped in plastic with push pins secured with tape on back stamped Fragile/glass. Back is a hard board that is secured nicely with metal tab points. Delivered 8 days from date ordered. Great item to give as a wedding gift for those traveling couples.

Cons: There was a small paint scratch to the corner of the frame but minor and easily fixed. I get nervous ordering items that read "all sales final". Very happy customer.

Pros: Great gift for someone who has everything! This looks classic on the wall in an office or living room and is a great way to display all of places someone has been to in the world. My father loved this as a gift.

Pros: LOVE this map. It looks great, very classy and high quality. It's on the wall in my office, I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on it. The customer service from Luggage Pros is the best I've ever received online (and I order online a few times monthly from various sites). I highly recommend them and intend to buy from them again. I had ordered extra pin sets and one was missing, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the extra pin set in a timely manner, I was really impressed with the prompt, professional customer service.

Cons: Like everyone else, I think more pins would be great. I ordered 5 extra boxes when I purchased it which is enough to keep me going for a while so I have no complaints. If you travel a lot just order the extra pins when you buy it, you know you'll use them and the price is reasonable. Better to have extra on hand than to complain after.

Pros: The look of the map is very elegant and blends well with my decor. The frame is very good quality. I am enjoying the memories of my world travels and also learning from the map. I like it so much I decided to purchase another one as a gift for my friend who is retiring next month.

Cons: Some of the island destinations are not labelled, e.g. Galapagos, Turks & Caicos, St. Thomas. More green map tacks need to be included.

He was playing with it the whole evening like a child :) hopefully he'll be more organized in trips' plannings with this map!!
All materials are of very high quality. Truly original gift.

Cons: Thanks God we did not lose pin box but it was really sticked to the backside of the map with double-sided scotch, not too safe, in my opinion. Very possible to lose all pins while transport. We had it shipped via ups though so that's why probably all was in place. USPS ground shipping would hardly keep them alive))

Cons: I sent it as a gift and when it was received the receipient didn't know who it was from because it is not clearly stated on your web site and order form where to put a personal message. It was a birthday gift, and I was dissapointed that my sister didn't know it was from me.

Cons: You cannot personalize "My Passport." I'd have changed the "places of family & friends" to something else related to our individual travels.

Also, the service was outstanding! Ben called me less than an hour after ordering on a Saturday night after I miss-typed my card # and to ask how I wished to personalize it. He was truly helpful and I got the map in about 5 days even though it said it could take weeks! Thanks Ben!

Pros: It's a very nice map w/ nice frame. The colors are muted and should go with almost any decor. The size is great.

Cons: There are only 13 green pins - green pins are the pins you use for the places you've been. We got this map as a gift, and cannot even begin to complete the places we've been so far. I've had to go online and purchase a box of green pins at $3.80 + $5.99 shipping so we can finish marking the places we've visited. It really would have been nice if the map had come with additional green pins! It's a bummer to have to immediately spend $10 to "complete" a gift you just received!

It was a gift for my sister who loves to travel and she was thrilled with it; she is going to use the map as the center piece for her travel pictures. The colors are soft and warm enough to match almost any decor. I was also pleased with Luggage Pros service. They are accomodating, patient, and efficient.

Pros: I think it is fantastic that this map is able to be shipped to APO addresses!! The map itself is attractive and looks great on the wall. My husband loves it.

Cons: The box with the pins broke sometime during shipping and most of the pins were gone by the time it reached us. Other than that....I can't think of anything bad about this product.
