Packaged nicely in a plastic pin box. Secured to the frame buy tap to the back of map. Colors are exactly as displayed- primary colors.
Cons:
Not many pins too each box for cost but I knew what I was ordering.

There great for they are needed for.
Cons:
I wish there were the same amount of each color. We are not following the legend on our map and we need more of the blue pins which there seems to be less of. :(
