Doesn't mention if it has a strip at the back to mount it on to the handle of a rolling piece of luggage for easy carrying and for freeing up your hands. In other words, can I mount it on top of my main piece of luggage?

The Lug Flip-Top Toiletry Case does not have a sleeve on the back for such a purpose. -
