Pros:
The color, outside pockets. Luggage pro also made the return SO easy, it was a great experience and while this product didn't work out, I will definitely shop with them again.
Cons:
The inside envelope wasn't padded enough and didn't feel secure enough to hold my computer in place. Also, the bottom of the case has a "mouse pad", and next to it is a zippered pocket that is too small to be any use. I had to return it, as I travel internationally quite a bit and need a bag that holds all my computer accessories as well.
