Pros: Lock works well and the strap is sturdy.

Cons: Not sure why they would make it adjustable and not have the slider be secured... Anyone can loosen it and get it off the luggage without bothering about the locking mechanism. I stitched mine down and figure that's safe enough because really, anyone with a knife will take what they want anyway!
