great red leather- beautiful color, soft leather, pleasing style, liked that the straps zipped together to make the sling, whole bag was made well
service from Luggage Pro was great, came packaged in a just right size box, not a huge ungainly box filled with lots of paper, return policy is great - will buy from LuggagePro again
Cons: although I measured the size before ordering, when it came the bag was too small for all the stuff I carry around, very disappointed - this is the closest I've come in my search to find the perfect red backpack bag
