Pros:
I love the look of this piece. I bought it for a cruise to use along with the 21" carry on. I haven't used it yet, but it is gorgeous
Cons:
The con is: there is no strap to hook over the handle of the carry on. It will be difficult to attach to the 21" carry on without it. Sure wish they had made it with one.
