The Heys USA Houndstooth Retro Spinner Set (22", 26", & 30") is not current sold as individual pieces. At this time, Heys USA has not mentioned any plans to sell these pieces separately. -

Is there a way to strap the carry on piece to the top of the other piece when the handle is extended for walking through the airport?

The Heys USA Houndstooth Retro Spinner Set does not come with a strap to attach the smaller pieces to larger ones. I would recommend purchasing a separate add a bag strap, such as item, PID11028. -
