Cons:
Got set for Xmas in 2011, Jan. 2012 trip to Cancun, it split open on return to Indy.
Replaced under warranty, thank you. Jan. 2013 trip to Cancun, split open going. Both time bag weighed 45--46 lbs.

Lightweight and durable, easy to roll thru the airport.
Cons:
Wheels (and wheel holders) need work - can't handle paved surfaces very well, e.g. train platforms and sidewalks, esp. cobblestone. Have had wheels self-destruct; bought proper size bolt and casters meant for dolly and replaced. Wheels - in my opinon - are weakest point.

I love the hard shell, we haven't had anything break when we have packed breakable things in the luggage. The outside has held up very well and we don't have any scratches or chipped paint from the couple international trips we took it on. They are light and expand easily when needed.
Cons:
I wish there was a pocked on the inside or outside. I also wish there was better separation between the two sides of the luggage since you have to flip one side on top of the other when closing it.My boyfriend doesn't seem to mind that fact when he is packing so it could be just me. I would definitely buy them again!

Loved the price point, the advertised features, ballistic case, size, durability, etc.
Cons:
Fell apart after 4 TRIPS!!! The zippers would not stay closed. Burst apart on the tarmac! The airline guys were nice enough to gather up all my stuff.
