Ultimate function meets refined styling in Hartmann's Stratum Collection. Featuring superior lightweight 2520 Denier Ballistic Nylon, this collection is complimented with handsome top grain leather accents, TSA combination locks and high gloss nickel-finished hardware. Whether you are navigating the corporate ladder or headed to Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, you will be well-equipped during the rigors of your travel.
Does this meet international airline carry-on regulations for overhead storage?
No, the Hartmann Stratum 22" Expandable Mobile Traveler would be too large for most international flights. Often international flights allow up to a 20" for carry-on pieces; however, I recommend always checking with you specific airline. -

Does this suitcase exceed 22 inches if the feet and wheels are considered when putting in overhead?
The Hartmann Stratum 22" Expandable Mobile Traveler does not include the wheels and handles in their dimensions. -

PROS: Had H. years ago, which still looks new (prior to wheeled luggage). The ink Stratum is elegant in appearance (like designer clothing). Its upper zipper pocket good for separating undies, socks, hose, night wear from the rest of clothing.
This line is much better designed than TravelPro which I have given away. The strap for holding a 2nd bag well-designed and snaps off easily.
LuggagePros gave excellent service when I needed to substitute 20" for the duffle and have it within 3 days.
