Customer Reviews
- well-balanced luggage
-
Pros: It does fit in the overhead (tho not in Europe) when packed open, if not too packed. Great balance and zipper system.
Cons: in my older one, the rubber peeled off the button to stow the handle -- no function problem at all. I refuse cube packing on principle, but the book opening on the side is great anyway.

Pros: durable, unique color - easy to spot my luggage
Cons: wish there were more compartments.

Pros: This is a great bag for a carry on, which is why I bought it. I use it for short trips of say 3 days and as a carry on for longer trips to New Zealand. It holds way more than I need and I would highly recommend it.
Cons: None

Pros: Fit more into this bag than I ever fit into my Tumi. And it wasn't nearly as heavy afterwards.
Cons: There is a trick to packing it and you have to take your time and do it right and repack it right or it will never work.

-
Pros: I got this because of the lifetime warranty and it's clearly better made than my previous bags. The hardware is superior and the bag does not fall over when the outer pockets are filled. I don't worry about overstuffing it or riding another bag on top as I wheel it around because it's sturdy. Because of the clamshell design and compartments, it doesn't look that roomy inside, but it is. On a recent trip, I found it useful to be able to stash things for a one part of the trip in a compartment so I didn't have to paw through them to find what I wanted. Plus, I was delighted to discover the zipper that makes it expandable.
Cons: I have mixed feelings about all the compartments and definitely find the "cube" packing system (sold separately) too fussy. If you are obsessive about organization, you will love it. I suspect I will like it more and more as I figure out how to use it efficiently. The only real drawbacks are that it doesn't technically qualify for carry-on size (although some? most? airlines supposedly allow it), and the large outer compartment is not big enough for a folder (I always need one for papers). It might have made more sense to make a true carry-on size that could then unzip to expand if you needed more room.

-
Pros: This suitcase holds a remarkable amount of clothing and other travel stuff. For those of us who like pockets and special packing areas for shoes, cosmetics, reading materials, etc., this suitcase is ideal.
Cons: I'm hoping that it will fit in the overhead even when packed at maximum capacity. I haven't tested this out yet.
