Pros: Have purchased Eagle Creek in the past and was very happy,this was a gift for my grandson, it was the right size, liked the look and the reviews. Service was great, it arrived on his birthday and I thought it would be late as I was late ordering it.
Pros: I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. I have purchased Eagle creek in the past and was very pleased. I liked the looks and description of this piece, the size I wanted and your price was much better than the other sites I checked. He was pleased with it, although I sent money too,he is only 14.

Pros: Bag rolls really easily offering little resistance. Holds carry-on well on top of it. Love this bag... I have gone through 4 suitcases in a year traveling and now this will be the last one I own!

Pros: I've hauled this around the world for more than three years, slamming it down countless stairs to NY, London & Paris subways, across cobblstone streets, construction areas around the world. It's held up amazingly. And when I got something stuck in the zipper, I dropped it off at the Eagle Creek warranty repair shop on the East Coast in NY; they said it would take up to 2 weeks, but they fixed it & it showed up at my door from UPS less than 24 hours later! I have 4 Eagle Creek pieces now & will never buy any other brand.
