Pros: No wasted space, and great places for everything! The generous 2.5" expandable top is great!! Was nervous about only having 21" and losing the additional 1". Works better than other comparable 22" bags.
Cons: Although the wheels are very durable and solid, they are very bright and shiny and stand out on the black bag. Chose this bag over many others due to professional low profile appearance and superior quality, but all high end Delsey models have these wheels. Can't beat Delsey's quality though!
