Pros: I purchased this piece of luggage along with the 25 in. size and the rolling tote for a trip overseas this summer. I had been researching lightweight luggage and I liked its appearance and color choices. In addition, its weight compared favorably with other comparably-sized lightweight soft-sided bags. While a bit smaller than my husband's same-size luggage (narrower at the top and about an inch less in depth), I was still able to pack just about as much clothing, shoes, and toiletries as he did, with a resulting lighter overall weight (this was a 12-day trip and I was packing a lot of shoes). The bag arrived in perfect shape after shipping to my home, and after being handled during four airline flights and a cruise ship crew, it was still in perfect shape: no scuff marks, rips or scratches, or evidence of any wear or tear at all. It was easy to handle and rolled smoothly, even when full, and came in well under the 50-lb. weight limit. No problems with the retractable handle, even when I placed the rolling tote over it for tandem hauling through airports. I liked the innner pockets and interlocking tie-down straps, which minimized shifting during the trip. I purchased the charcoal color, which is true in the online pictures. I would definitely recommend this product.
Cons: The only con was that it was just a tad smaller than expected compared to another brand's same-size bag.
