Pros: Almost everything. Very good looking and well thought through trolley. High quality.
Cons: Don't care for the name tag that you can pull out. Not very smooth working

Pros: Very classy look, durable materials.
All the compartments (traveldocs etc) seem to be in the right place. Wheels run very smooth, the handle seems to be a bit longer than on my Samsonite trolley and I like that as I no longer walk with a hunch. I do not see that many of them whilst I am on the road. In the airline lounges I always get questions from guests with Tumi's and other expensive trolleys and I always tell them that it is by far the most comfortable trolley I have ever had and I have looked for a good trolley for years. It has an understated elegance I really like.Cons: Not available in Europe. Had to buy this one in the States
