Pros: I use public tranportation instead of a car, but I have a professional job, so I wanted something that could carry everying I needed without looking too much like a poor student. It's roomy, the leather is nice, the side pockets were the perfect size for bus schedules, and it balanced well for my back. If you like the look and don't mind replacing it in a few years, it's a great buy.
Cons: It only lasted about four years before the straps started pulling out of the top of the bag. I tried to have it reinforced by a shoe repair place, but that only slowed it down. The leather is badly worn and the cording on the edges of the straps is splitting. I bought another David King bag, and that one fell apart even faster and irreparably (the stitching on the straps cut through the leather).
Pros: roomy, nice leather
Cons: nothing
