Pros: Very nice looking, plenty of pockets to store paperwork and laptop accessories. Room for storage of wallet, business cards, and make-up. For day trips, no purse necessary!
Cons: The handle that pulls up allowing me to roll the bag could be a bit longer. It also seems to be a bit less sturdy than the one on the McKlein bag I replaced this one with but I think it will do.
Pros: Nice colour and good size. Fitted everything I needed - looks very well.
Cons: Sighificant design flaw. Within 48 hours of use, 2 pressure marks from the base of the handle were visible through the red leather. I have sent a complaint to the customer service department and have included pictures. Also, the front section magnetic snap strap should be adjustable. It does not close properly unless filled in a certain way.
