Customer Account Specialist

The Customer Account Specialist role at Luggage Pros has two primary responsibilities – provide superior customer service to our customers and manage effective working relationships with our vendors. Tasks and projects should be in support of these responsibilities and should align with company goals for driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer phone calls, reply to emails, and use our live chat service to assist customers
  • Process Orders via phone and site
  • Vendor relationship management
  • Resolving issues related to pending orders
  • Create custom quotes for corporate clients and volume orders
  • Perform price checks for assigned vendors, as determined by Merchandising team
  • Incoming order management
  • Participate in initiatives that encourage business growth

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional, organized, and able to handle multiple, shifting priorities.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Curious by nature and driven to learn.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Proven track record of achievement and success.
