Pros: MY Britto by Heys was very easy to manage on my trip to Italy. I had to traverse a lot of cobblestone in Venice.
Cons: When I landed in Italy - the luggage was scratched and marred. I was very disappointed. I only used one of the 2 pieces I bought. I am going to try to use butcher's block wax to protect the other piece before I use it.
