Pros: It is compact and if you are going for one night, it completes your needs.. Or if it is summertime, it is perfect for two nights.. Or as a carry on..and want to protect jewelry,makeup.etc, this is the perfect size without having to wheel around a big piece of luggage for no reason. I like it for these reasons:) I bought both carry-ons for different reasons and I do like Anne Klein.
Cons:
If you are needing something for bulky wear or traveling on a plane, it may not be big enough.
Get the 21 inch one for those needs.
